Tarisian Tourism Board

In 3956 BBY, the Tarisian Tourism Board, also called the Tarisian tourist board, dispensed messages to pedestrians in the Upper City of the planet of Taris through the government's informational GE3-series protocol droids. During the quarantine imposed by the Sith Empire after they captured Taris that year, many off-worlders were stranded on the planet. The Board used the droids to warn such foreigners away from the dangers of the Lower City, where a war between swoop gangs called the Hidden Beks and the Black Vulkars was ongoing.
