Techrats

The Techrats was a youth swoop gang on the planet Cerea, circa 33 BBY. The group was made up of pro-tech teenagers who favored joining the Republic and abandoning the old, low-tech ways favored by the Elders. They painted their faces to hide their identities.

Unknowingly, the kids became involved in a conspiracy by a corrupt Elder to smuggle in banned technology in exchange for rare Cerean minerals.

They were led by Skeel, who met an untimely end in a swoop-race accident in the Outsider Citadel. Some other members of the gang were Maj-Odo-Nomor, Sylvn, Twin, and Kordren.
