Thugs of Thule

The Thugs of Thule was a group of highly educated mercenaries that had become infamous by 22 BBY. Prior to the Clone Wars which began that year, one of the group's members, the Human Anj Rujj, frequently visited the Outlander Club, a nightclub and gambling hall in the Uscru Entertainment District of the planet Coruscant. During a night in 22 BBY, Rujj was present in the Outlander Club at the same time the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker also visited the establishment. The Thugs of Thule organization's name was shared with the planet Thule which was located in the Thurra system within the Outer Rim Territories.
