A small consortium of corporate interests was the only trading partner of the elected government of the newly independent planet Zakuul, according to Alliance Intelligence Summary 495-22, a report authored by the Sith Lord Lana Beniko of the Eternal Alliance. It was Beniko's personal suspicion that the consortium was actually a front for the criminal organization known as the Exchange, but investigations by Alliance Intelligence's agents were still ongoing.
