The Utapaun resistance was formed in response to the Separatist occupation of the planet Utapau. Master of Port Administration Tion Medon coordinated the resistance efforts, hiding the planet's Porax-38 starfighters until the arrival of Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi. Medon's forces allied with the Grand Army of the Republic during the Battle of Utapau, although Medon and other resistance figures were arrested after the battle by the new Empire.
