Zakku Rain Cartel

The Zakku Rain Cartel was a crime syndicate active sometime prior to 10 BBY. The cartel was in attendance at Calladus Festival when Landonis Balthazar Calrissian swindled them out of innumerous credits. Many members of the cartel held a grudge against Calrissian until 10 BBY, when at least four of their members, Murkel Kev, Siswan, Kawal Tane, and Cantor Zain, allied themselves with a group of outlaws who had captured the suave gambler. They would attempt to kill Calrissian in a gladiatorial arena among the Wastelands of the planet Kullgroon, though their confrontation was interrupted by L3-37, who rescued her partner in the Millennium Falcon.
