The 3L41UH7 serum was a mutagenic fluid created by Zeta Magnus, an Accelerated Transgenic Heuristic Abhorer. During the Clone Wars, Magnus provided General Grievous, the cyborg Supreme Commander of the Droid Army of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, with samples of that serum.
