Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.

Acid was a generally corrosive substance that could be found in many forms, such as acid rain. On the planet Raxus Prime, there were rivers of acid. Speciality slugthrower ammunition could be loaded with acid, which would be released upon impact with a target. A plant known as an Acid Plant found on Hoth and Dagobah shot out a gland-like acid onto anyone who wandered under it.
