Alderaan Convention

The Alderaan Convention was a treaty that established standards for humanitarian treatment in war. The Onderonian resistance fighter Saw Gerrera was known to flout those standards by subjecting prisoners to torture. The convention shared its name with Alderaan, planet whose inhabitants prided themselves on their pacifism.
