Alderaanian martial arts

Alderaanian martial arts were a form of hand-to-hand combat techniques from Alderaan, a planet otherwise reputed for the pacifism of its inhabitants. Princess Leia Organa of Alderaan was proficient in such martial arts. She notably put it to good use during a mission to Nothoiin, when she grabbed an E-11 medium blaster rifle from a stormtrooper's hands and promptly used it to knock him out.
