An Ansata pattern was a type of visual design. A traditional Ansata pattern that symbolized knowledge was depicted on the robe worn by Director of the Jedi Archives Jocasta Nu. The apparel of Atris, and even moreso that worn by Tionne Solusar, bore patterns that shared similarities with those of Nu.
