Base Cay

Base Cay was a location. In 5 BBY, rebel activity involving Base Cay and its proton warheads was recounted by Imperial Security Bureau Attendant Avril Heert as he and ISB Supervisor Dedra Meero reviewed files on recent rebel actions. When coupled with incidents at the planets Kessel, Jakku, Fondor, and the astronomical object Steergard, Meero felt the actions were spread out in a way that would indicate an organized rebel movement attempting to avoid detection. Heert agreed, stating the locations were "too random to be random."
