Battery-pack parasite droids were small droids shaped like battery packs for blaster rifles. They were used by the recently reformed commando unit Wraith Squadron in 44 ABY, who planted them on a number of Galactic Alliance Army blaster rifles during their investigation of General Stavin Thaal. They had a very limited amount of charge and also could move independently, as well as subvert other simple droids. The droids were equipped with sensors and burst-transmitters for surveillance.
