Bi-state memory plastic was a building material used to create temporary buildings that could be broken down quickly and reassembled elsewhere. Garm Bel Iblis' Peregrine's Nest used bi-state memory plastic buildings. Bi-state memory plastic was also used to create emergency space seals.
