The Blood Velkers were a gang active on Genarius, on the floating cities of Tolea Biqua and Varna Biqua. As with most gangs of young toughs, they spent their time amusing themselves and causing trouble. As a right of initiation, the Blood Velkers would race through the tunnels of Eskaron.
