Blue Leader (Tatooine)

Blue Leader was a fighter pilot in the Rebel Alliance that served as the leader of Blue Squadron in the early years of the Galactic Civil War. The leader provided scouting for Tantive IV during Operation Skyhook in the Tatoo System. But was suprised not to find any pirate activity. Said pirates had been destroyed by the Empire who then hid in the Ghost Tide Nebula or another nebula.

The decision to deem the system all clear lead to an Imperial ambush where the Death Star Plans were nearly recaptured, Tantive IV was lost and Anchorhead Base was destroyed with Captain Merrick Simms barely escaped to take command of Blue Squadron for the Battle of Yavin.
