The BoSS Open Investigations Database was a data storehouse maintained by the Bureau of Ships and Services—or "BoSS" for short. It contained compiled lists of complaints addressed to the bureau, including one against the Captain Daultay Dofine of the Trade Federation for illegal seizure of small freighters. Such files could only be accessed with proper security clearance.
