During the Galactic Civil War, Brann Lo-Farr owned a cantina on Cloud City. When Jabba the Hutt tried to take the Lower Deck cantina for himself after the Battle of Hoth, some of Lo-Farr's former comrades alerted the Bespin Wing Guard. They were able to stop Jabba, as well as pay off the rest of Lo-Farr's mortgage on the Lower Deck cantina.
