Buoy-building

Buoy-buildings were a type of floating structure found on the Outer Rim planet Pipada by the time of the Imperial Era. The structures floated above the water in the planet's lakes. Many of these bobbing buoys featured a variety of shops that were strung together and anchored to downtown buildings.
