By The Hand

'By The Hand' was the identification of a type of tattoo worn on an individual's right forearm. The tattoo was a stylized drawing of a five-fingered hand. Arvel Skeen, a member of the Aldhani rebel infiltration team, had a 'By The Hand' tattoo, which was correctly identified by Cassian Andor, who was working with the team as a mercenary under the name Clem. Andor claimed to have become familiar with the tattoo's meaning while he was at a youth center on Sipo.
