The Citizen's Security Clearance was a type of security clearance that was held by citizens of the Sith Empire. After the death of Samara Mindak and the exposure of Theovor Mindak's ties to terrorist groups, Imperial Intelligence began investigating the friends and associates of the Mindak family, and froze their credit accounts, transport passes, and clearances.
