Class-three intel/courier clearance

Canon Linked from 3 articles

Class-three intel/courier clearance was a special type of clearance given to certain officers or cadets within the Galactic Empire. Due to the sensitive nature of material studied at the officers' academy on Arkanis, all cadets attending it were given this type of clearance. Zare Leonis discussed his obtaining of this clearance with Ezra Bridger, noting that gaining it would give him greater access to information that could be used by the Spectres.
