Cloaked mines were a type of space mine equipped with a cloaking device derived from N'Gai technology. In 22 BBY, Zeta Magnus blockaded the planet Marat V with a cloaked minefield. When the Republic MedStar-class frigate Golandras arrived to render aid to the plague-stricken world, it ran directly through the invisible minefield and exploded.
