Dukot was an individual who left the materials to apply an equilibrium paint job to a S-57 Cardinal speeder bike in a container on a balcony in Mos Eisley on the Outer Rim Territories planet Tatooine.

In 3 ABY, the thief Kay Vess climbed the buildings in the South Quarter of Mos Eisley and used her grapple to swing onto the balcony and steal the materials.
