FIBUA Operation, or FIBUA ops, an acronym for fighting in built-up areas and inside buildings, was a military term used by the Grand Army of the Republic's leaders and instructors, to designate any military operation involving combat in urban environments. It was essentially a fancy synonym for the term "urban warfare." The first model of Katarn-class commando armor, specialized clone armor designed for the Republic Special Operations Brigade's clone commandos, was designed for FIBUA Operations.
