Field kit

The field kit was a prepared collection of assorted survival equipment contained in a backpack. The kits typically contained two condensing canteens with built-in purification systems, a sunshield roll, a week's worth of food rations, two glowrods, two breath masks with twenty four filters and twelve atmospheric canisters, and an all-temperature cloak.

A field kit that contained the standard collection of supplies weighed between seven and ten kilograms. From 32 BBY to 8 ABY, the market price was between 500 and 1,000 credits.
