"Force-dead" was a term used by a handful of Jedi to describe the Yuuzhan Vong's absence of being sensed through the Force. Lumiya also had the ability to cloak herself from being sensed in the Force.

After using his unique form of Force healing, Cade Skywalker was cut off from the Force.
