Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.

The Galactic Caucus was a meeting of supporters organized by the Alliance of Free Planets. The fledging Alliance invited representatives of free planets or governments to potentially join the Alliance. Warlord Zsinj sent his own diplomats from worlds under his control, who reported that their area of space was free from Galactic Empire rule, but whose inhabitants wanted to remain apart from the new galactic government.
