The Golden Emperor of Prekaz was an emperor who once characterized the galactic economy, comparing it to a hypercomplex mathematical "organism." The emperor also compared wealth to potential energy that could be converted into kinetic energy, sometimes with unexpected results. The Golden Emperor of Prekaz was eventually quoted in the article "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Praji: A Cartel of Genes" by Doctor Gabrel Treon.
