Guire Sleazebaggano was, during 22 BBY, the agent of hi-lo ball player Garcy Flugg. That year, after Flugg missed fifteen matches in two years due to chronic elbow injuries, the athlete made the decision to replace his injured arm with a mechanical one. Sleazebaggano made the matter known the day before Flugg's operation, predicted that he would be pack at his team's practices within five to six days, and stated his original arm would likely be donated to the hi-lo hall of fame. The agent's statement was relayed by an edition of HoloNet News CoCo District Edition, reporting out of the capital city Ariana on the planet Garos IV.
