Head transplant

A head transplant was a procedure to remove or take a removed head from a sentient being and transfer it onto another body to keep them alive. Iaco Stark was decapitated in an industrial accident on Reltooine and presumed to be dead, but in reality; survived and had his head grafted onto a droid body, partly due to developing a distaste for organics.
