High Oblanno

High Oblanno was the title of an individual that was wanted for question related to a number of incidents on Hauler's Keep, a space station located in the Khepi system in the Wild Space, in 3 ABY. During that year, an announcement was made over the station's speaker system asking people to contact station security if they see the High Oblanno or his attendants.
