Historical District

The Historical District was located in the city of Estalle on Procopia's Estalle Island. The seat of the Tapani Federation's government was located in the Historial District, including various embassies, plazas, and parks. Buildings in the Historical District could not be more than five stories tall due to zoning regulations. During the day, the district was open to everyone, but after working hours only the nobility and commoners with access permits were allowed to enter.

Structures within the Historial District included Shey Tapani's Palace, Shey Tapani University, Ganza Park, Leocald Opera House, the Great Council Chambers, the Senate Building, Gorgano IV Museum, Tapeno Library, the Imperial Embassy, Barnaba Embassy, Cadriaan Embassy, Calipsa Embassy, Reena Embassy, Mecetti Embassy, Melantha Embassy, and Pelagia Embassy.
