Imperial Decree 3263827 was a piece of Imperial legislation that stated that all Imperial subjects had to carry identification on them at all times. Failure to produce identification on demand, was grounds for immediate adjudication. The decree was referred to in the Imperial propaganda poster Carry Identification.
