Keelo

Keelo was an individual who ripped off the Hutt crime lord Jabba Desilijic Tiure with the help of a co-conspirator during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Their partner—who had the credits the pair had acquired from Jabba—started broadcasting encrypted messages to Keelo after the latter failed to show up to the pair's planned rendezvous on the planet Tatooine. The co-conspirator was eventually captured by Jabba and was forced to send another message to Keelo, conveying the Hutt's promise to find them.
