Lightning (phenomenon)

Lightning was weather phenomenon that occurred on multiple worlds. The planet Kamino was a remote and inhospitable planet which was covered in oceans, and during some parts of the year was covered with heavy electrical storms, where Kaminoans rode on aiwhas underwater and resurfaced once they were near their destination. Exegol was a dark, barren, and rocky planet with dry conditions, combined with the rubbing of dust particles in its atmosphere, created enormous static discharges that appeared as lightning strikes from the planet, which made the atmosphere too dangerous to deploy.
