Link armor

Link armor was a type of armor used during the time of the Galactic Republic, around the events of the Great Sith War. Link armor connected small insulated rings together to create a heavy protective covering that was capable of protecting the wearer against both physical and energy attacks.

Link armor was designed to connect with another, larger set of link armor to create a heavier and more protective covering. However, the double suit modification was bulkier and the wearer was less agile while wearing it.

Jedi Knights favored using link armor when entering battle, including Ulic Qel-Droma. ProTech manufactured a set of link armor called the SupraLink. Each set cost 500 credits.
