METOSP

A METOSP was type of warning message that could be issued by the New Republic Space Ministry. The New Republic Space Ministry Firrerre Office issued a red level METOSP titled 558 ModSuFi via its Moddell Node and Sugai Subnode that advised spacers to avoid approaching or landing on the planet Jakku due to the hazardous environment on and around the world, as well as the minimal services, trade, and law enforcement provided by the residents. The scavenger Rey discovered a phyiscal copy of the METOSP on the Pilgrim's Road on Jakku and added to a survival guide that she created.
