The millitile was a type of creature capable of quickly hiding within holes. In 34 ABY, the sommelier Derla Pidys purposefully flew from the dark side of the planet Cantonica to the city Canto Bight in order to see the horizon of the dark, purposeless world light up with the city's lights quicker than a millitile vanishing into a hidey-hole as she approached.
