At some point between 67 BBY and 19 BBY, the Jedi High Council of the Jedi Order dispatched the Mon Calamari Jedi Consular and investigator Ambaln on a mission to the planet Lobaoc. Ambaln was to investigate the detected presence of a young Force-sensitive child, which the Mon Calamari was to bring back to the Order for Jedi training.
