A Neural stunner was a weapon that emitted a specially tuned electric shock into a beings nervous system, temporarily rendering them paralyzed.
These weapons were used by the Pawns of Lord Shadowspawn to subdue their chosen captives before they underwent transformation into Pawns.
Neural stunners, sub-q injectors, and shock panels were among the many security measures that Bossk had installed his ship, the Hound's Tooth.
