Null quantum field generator

A null quantum field generator was the component of a starship which opened a hyperspace tunnel for the vessel when it jumped to lightspeed. When the MC85 Star Cruiser Raddus jumped to lightspeed in a collision course with the Mega-class Star Dreadnought Supremacy in 34 ABY, the Raddus null quantum field generator was only able to briefly open a hyperspace tunnel before the cruiser collided with its target.
