Omnisignal unicode was a droid language used by probe droids. It was an instantaneous form of communication, capable of reaching across the galaxy by accessing HoloNet frequencies restricted by the Galactic Empire.
The Viper probe droid that discovered the Alliance to Restore the Republic's Echo Base on the planet Hoth transmitted its findings to Death Squadron using omnisignal unicode.
