Phaedra's friend (Wilhuff Tarkin's building)

An individual lived during the Imperial Era and was a friend of the Quaraxian criminal Phaedra. They eventually came to owe Phaedra a favor.

Between around 8 BBY and 2 BBY, Phaedra traveled to the Core Worlds planet Coruscant with the smugglers Han Solo and Chewbacca to recover an urn from the office of Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin. While on Coruscant, the Quaraxian called in the owed favor, and the individual provided her with the schematics for both Coruscant's sewer networks and the building that Tarkin owned. After Phaedra provided Solo with the schematics, he asked her where she had acquired them, to which the Quaraxian informed him that they had come from her friend.
