Plextech Plastic Corporation

Plextech Plastic Corporation (PPC) was a major company based on the planet Kothlis and maintained by Bothan funds.

The heavy industrial plant, with hundreds of smoke tubes, was for practical reasons built far from the main city of the colony, near the Sesseranda Ocean. The city-sized complex was self-contained and housed a million of Bothans and half that number of droids.

They specialized in the creation of high-quality and low-cost raw plastic materials sold to the industries of Tal'cara. By the height of the Galactic Civil War, PPC was the largest corporation on the entire planet.

The production of these materials by the gigantic plant, created large amounts of noxious waste and millions of liters of affluent, both of which are directed to the ocean. The area within a 50-kilometer radius of the factory became a total wasteland.
