Powerbody

A powerbody was an artificial body used to bear the weight of the atrophied bodies of members of the Columi species. The Columi brothers Qreph and Marvid Qreph spent their early life in poverty following the untimely death of their mother and had to share a single powerbody.

Later in life, the Qreph brothers became wealthy businessmen and each possessed their own vanalloy powerbody, capable of hovering and containing in-built comlinks for communication. Marvid's power body was ornate and was fitted with a weapon system and also a vidcam concealed in the chest.
