Predict weather

Predict weather was a Ta-Ree spell capable of being wielded by Ascendants on the planet Kathol. The spell allowed the caster to effectively predict the weather by sensing atmospheric phenomena. However, the spell required the Ascendant to be attuned to the area, ideally by spending a lot of time in the location.

Ascendants who wished to cast the spell were required to know the boost senses spell.
