Prost Biulf was a dean of the Garqi Agricultural University on Garqi who remained legendary on the campus for years after leaving his position. During his tenure, an Ithorian delegation was impressed enough by Biulf that they sent a package of baffor seeds to the school, which were planted to create a new grove of trees on the university.
