Purse world
Canon Legends version → Linked from 35 articles
A purse world or purse-world was a term for a wealthy Neimoidian colony planet. Purse-worlds were all located in the Colonies region of the galaxy, near the Neimoidian homeworld of Neimoidia. Cato Neimoidia, Deko Neimoidia, and Koru Neimoidia were such worlds, located in the Quellor sector. Because Narq was situated in the heart of the Purse Worlds, the Neimoidians ended up occupying that planet and reducing its natives to slavery. During the Outer Rim Sieges of the Clone Wars, Republic forces made an effort to target the purse worlds as key locations. The Neimoidian Royal Guard operated in the purse worlds.
