Legends
Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.
Riva's building was a structure in the capital city of Thani on Telos IV. The building was maintained by Riva, and rented out by Denetrus.
The building's exterior was painted mismatching colors by Denetrus at the command of Riva, who could not decide on a color she liked.
